Our motivation to found SMART CJM came from years of experience in Customer Journey Management. From our point of view, there was not a single solution on the market that demonstrably, efficiently and scalably translates the requirements of a service-oriented journey. This includes the booking of an appointment on the Internet, the registration on arrival at the service provider with seamless subsequent call to service, and a navigation support to the counter or room. Our solution is equally suitable for a small authority or doctor's office, a small retail shop, as well as an enterprise account with hundreds of service centers.

The background is our agile software, which can be scaled to any size due to its multi-client capability, and it can be used both in the cloud and on-premise. Likewise, in the design specification, emphasis was placed on internationality in the area of language support as well as time-zone-wide appointment booking functionality. Despite the complex requirements, the solution is easy to configure and install. Throughout the Journey, all data points are stored. These can then be evaluated via integrated dashboards or BI tools for more detailed analyses. Afterwards, the findings serve as a basis, e.g. for predictive resource planning.
